AMP is The Detour Gym's functional fitness class — a 60-minute, coach-led group session built on constantly varied functional movements: squats, presses, carries, rowing, running, gymnastics progressions, weightlifting, and conditioning. Expect barbells, rowers, bikes, sleds, dumbbells, and your own bodyweight working together to build strength, conditioning, and capacity.
If you've trained at a CrossFit box before, AMP will feel familiar — the same constantly varied, high-intensity functional style. The Detour Gym is not a CrossFit affiliate, but the way we train is similar.
Every class is scaled so beginners can finish strong and advanced athletes can leave with their hands on their knees.
