Your first session starts with a 60-second InBody body composition scan. It estimates your weight breakdown into components that matter for fitness — fat mass, lean muscle mass, and visceral fat levels. We set your baseline on day one, then re-scan you along the way so you can track changes in body composition over time.

Before you walk in.

Do I have to do group classes? +
No. Our transformation coaching is private, one-on-one with your coach. You never have to step into a group class unless you decide you want to. Many members eventually do — but it's always on your terms, on your timeline.
I've never lifted a weight in my life. Is that okay? +
Truly — yes. Most of our weight-loss members start with zero gym experience. Your coach teaches every movement from scratch, scales every workout to your body and joints, and progresses you only as fast as your body is ready. No one is watching, comparing, or judging.
Will this help me keep the weight off long term? +
That is exactly what we work toward. Strength training helps protect lean muscle so your metabolism stays supported, a protein-focused nutrition approach helps fuel your body properly, and InBody scans help track whether the weight you are losing is fat rather than muscle. The habits and strength you build here are designed to support long-term maintenance. Individual results vary.
Do you offer nutrition coaching on its own? +
We can. Our most effective program runs training and nutrition together, but if you have a training routine already and just need the nutrition side dialed in, we'll talk through it during your free consult.
How soon will I see results? +
Many members feel and see a difference within the first 30 days — strength is up, energy is up, clothes start fitting differently. Body composition changes you can measure on the InBody typically start showing by week 6–8, though individual results vary. Lasting change is a months-long process, not a 30-day one — and that's the point.
